Digital business growth planning

Section • Introduction

Be found. Be trusted. Be able to operate.

We help owners and managers turn a business idea, an existing operation or a cross-border expansion into a working digital presence and a manageable set of day-to-day systems.

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic of your current channels, content, customer journey and operating gaps. Recommendations are grounded in how you actually sell, serve and get paid, not a generic agency template.

Grounded in the business, built so you can run it

Too many digital projects stop at a launch date. A website goes live, a campaign spends budget, and no one inside the business can update it, measure it or connect it to sales. Aim Choices takes a practitioner-led approach: we review your current presence, offers, markets and team capability, then deliver live assets, content systems, campaign toolkits and operating checklists your people can maintain.

Business-first approach

Start with the gaps that matter

Markets, offers, channels and internal capability shape the work, so solutions fit the business rather than a one-size-fits-all playbook.

01

Markets, offers and channels

UAE, India and Australia treated as distinct markets: language, platforms, pricing, compliance and buyer behaviour, not one global template.

02

Gaps and quick wins

Identify what is costing enquiries, trust or time now: broken pages, missing calls to action, weak content, no tracking or no follow-up.

03

Maintainable assets

Websites, apps, video, audio and marketing systems handed over with access, documentation and a simple update routine.

04

Retained support

Optional monthly advisory so launches do not stall after the first campaign or the first app release.

Section • Outcomes

What you will achieve

Tangible digital and operating improvements delivered into how customers find you, trust you and buy from you.

Outcome 01

Digital Presence and Channel Review

A clear review of website, social, listings, apps and enquiry paths, highlighting gaps and quick wins across the UAE, India and Australia.

Outcome 02

Working Website and Content System

A business website your team can update, with service pages, trust signals, enquiry routes and market-specific content where needed.

Outcome 03

Mobile Application or Customer Tool

A scoped mobile application, customer portal or lightweight app for enquiries, booking, learning, catalogues or internal workflows, built to a defined brief.

Outcome 04

Digital Marketing that Can Be Measured

Campaign structure, content calendar, landing pages and tracking so Google, Meta, LinkedIn or local platform spend can be judged against enquiries, not vanity metrics.

Outcome 05

Video, Audio and Brand Assets

Short-form and longer video, voiceover and audio pieces, plus a simple brand and content kit your team can reuse.

Outcome 06

Operating Support Behind the Channels

CRM or enquiry follow-up, offer packaging, pricing pages, partner or franchise materials, and checklists that keep sales, delivery and finance connected.

Section • Curriculum / Scope

What the engagement includes

A consulting and delivery scope structured to fix immediate visibility and conversion problems, then build assets and routines the business can keep.

01

Diagnostic review of presence, markets and operating gaps

Review the current website, social profiles, listings, apps, enquiry handling and competitor set in the UAE, India and/or Australia. Includes offer clarity, buyer journey, tracking gaps and what should be built, fixed or stopped.

02

Website creation, rebuild or improvement

Information architecture, service and landing pages, mobile-friendly build, enquiry and WhatsApp routes, basic SEO structure, analytics, and a handover so staff can edit routine content without a developer.

03

Mobile application development (scoped)

Discovery, user flows, build or no-code/low-code delivery, release plan and admin access. Typical uses include bookings, catalogues, course or training access, customer portals, field checklists and bilingual UAE content. Native, cross-platform or no-code is chosen after the diagnostic, not assumed.

04

Digital marketing setup and campaign support

Positioning, channel choice, content calendar, ad account structure, landing-page brief, UTM and conversion tracking, and a 30- to 90-day plan. Markets are scoped: UAE (including Arabic where required), India and Australia. Rankings and ad results are not guaranteed; measurable enquiry targets and reporting are agreed.

05

Video and audio creation

Scripts, shoot or remote-record plan, editing, captions, social cut-downs, longer explainers, podcast or voice notes, and a reuse library. Suitable for services, training providers, product launches and founder-led brands.

06

Business support across the operating cycle

Offer design, proposal and quotation templates, partner one-pagers, CRM stages, follow-up sequences, a basic SOP pack, and handover into finance and tax routines. For deeper financial management, this line connects to Service 08 rather than duplicating it.

07

Cross-border launch pack (UAE, India, Australia)

Market notes on buyer expectations, language, platform norms, payment and enquiry habits, and what must be local: domain, hosting disclosures, advertising claims, consumer wording, data and privacy basics. Legal, tax and licensing advice is flagged for qualified local advisers; we coordinate the commercial and digital work around those requirements.

08

Implementation support and optional monthly retainer

Launch checklist, staff walkthrough, 30-day stabilisation, content and campaign reviews, and optional retained advisory as an outsourced digital and growth lead.

What this service line does not replace

  • Registered tax, audit, legal, immigration or licensing advice in the UAE, India or Australia.
  • Unlimited software development, 24/7 agency retainers, or guaranteed leads, rankings or app-store rankings.
  • Full fractional CFO work: that remains Service 08 and can run alongside this line.
  • Paid media spend itself. Ad budgets are paid by the client directly to the platform.

Section • Audience

Who it is for

Owners and leadership teams that need a credible digital presence and practical operating support, including businesses trading or expanding across the UAE, India and Australia.

SMEs and growing businesses

Firms that have outgrown a brochure site, WhatsApp-only sales or inconsistent social posting, and need a site, follow-up system and measurable marketing.

Family businesses

Multi-generational firms professionalising their public face, separating personal and business channels, and preparing the next generation to run digital operations.

Startups and fast-growth ventures

Founders who need a credible site, a lean app or portal, investor- or customer-ready explainers, and a channel plan that does not burn budget without tracking.

Education providers, RTOs and training businesses

Institutes, trainers and consultants that need course pages, enrolment or enquiry flows, explainer video, and marketing that matches compliance-sensitive claims.

Professional and consulting practices

Accountants, advisers and specialist firms entering or serving the UAE, India or Australia that need market-specific pages, thought-leadership video and a clean enquiry path.

Cross-border operators

Businesses selling, recruiting, training or partnering across more than one of these markets, and needing one operating model with local execution.

Section • Formats and Investment

Formats and investment

Predictable, milestone-driven formats scaled to organisational size and to how many markets are in scope.

Initial diagnostic

Digital and Operating Diagnostic (1 to 3 weeks)

Rapid review of the current website, channels, content, enquiry handling and priority market. Output is a written gap note, prioritised build list and fixed quote for the next stage.

  • 1 to 3 weeks duration
  • One primary market included; additional markets quoted
  • Fixed fee agreed before work starts
Targeted delivery

Project-based build

A defined deliverable and timeline, for example a website, scoped mobile application, video and audio pack, 90-day marketing system or cross-border launch pack.

  • Defined milestone deliverables
  • Scope, revisions and handover written in the proposal
  • Third-party costs itemised separately
Ongoing governance

Monthly growth retainer

Ongoing support as an outsourced digital and growth lead: content rhythm, campaign reviews, minor site and app updates within an agreed hour cap, reporting and coordination with Service 08 where finance advisory is also in place.

  • Dedicated monthly retainer
  • Hour cap and response times agreed in writing
  • Pausable with notice, not an open-ended agency lock-in

How fees are set

Fixed-fee diagnostics and project quotes are provided after the scoping call. We operate on transparent pricing without hidden billable hours. Fees, markets in scope, revision rounds and third-party costs are agreed in writing before work begins.

Indicative packaging

  • Diagnostic: fixed fee, 1 to 3 weeks, one market.
  • Website project: by page count, languages and rebuild/new-build scope.
  • Mobile application: by platform, user roles and integrations; discovery is mandatory before build.
  • Video and audio pack: by finished pieces, length and filming approach.
  • Digital marketing setup: fixed project fee; client-paid media spend excluded.
  • Monthly retainer: fixed monthly fee with a stated hour cap and quarterly scope check.

Commercial principles

  • One written scope before work starts. Changes go through a short variation note, not informal add-ons.
  • You own finished website content, video masters and brand files delivered under the agreement, subject to third-party licences.
  • Accounts, domains, ad accounts and app-store listings are opened in the client’s name wherever the platform allows.
  • Marketing and education claims are checked against evidence. We will not publish unsubstantiated rankings, income claims or accreditation statements.
  • Forms, tracking and app data handling are set up to a practical standard, with local privacy review flagged where required, including Australian Privacy Principles, UAE PDPL considerations and India’s DPDP Act where applicable.
